Dear //BESTE//,
In response to a question we have received, we have identify the need to let everyone know about additional information that should be added to the records you edit.
Under the fields we have asked you to edit, if the information is not written on the original card, please add 'Not Recorded' into the editable field.
We will be updating the instructions to reflect this change, but incase you don't look at these again, we wanted to make sure you were all aware.
If you haven't done this on the practice cards, don't worry, we are aware that we let you know about this after you have started.
