Death detailsKilled in Action 8 March 1918. 2nd Lieut J F R I Perkins was flying D.H.4 B2094 on a Bombing raid. In combat with enemy aircraft and brought down an Albatros D aircraft before they were shot down in flames over Busigny at 10.00am. Both Pilot and Observer
